Imagine: it is Sunday morning, your coffee is ready and you have some jam and butter on hand. Then comes the ‘moment suprême’: you open the oven and get your homemade, super fresh and honest croissants out of your oven. Nicely layered, flaking and golden brown. Made with 100% organic butter, as you where thought by our own chief organic baker, Gerard Hardeman. A trick not many professionals are willing to try.
